Definition: Wilms tumor is the most common primary malignant renal tumor of childhood, representing about six percent of all childhood cancers in the United States. Developments in surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy have led to a dramatic change in the prognosis for most patients, and Wilms tumor has become a paradigm for multi- modal treatment of a pediatric malignant solid tumor. I really like the composition, and all the textures, and the colour scheme fits it very well, keeping it simple.
The image is shocking by itself, potraying a combination of coldness and unbearable heat, as well as suffering, and decay. Reading the description of Wilms tumor was also pretty shocking, and accompanied by the image, it managed to really traumatize me
you choose amazing subjects, and you always pull out your work in a very unique way.
